Regular shipping is free with any order of $100 and more *

If a product is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible.

- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5pm
- Extra charges may apply if first attempt at delivery is unsuccessful
Should it be impossible for Makiage & Koiffure to deliver a product, we will contact the customer to advise him. Should an order be incomplete due to a product shortage, the customer will be refunded the price of the product including taxes.
The customer who mistakenly ordered a product can exchange it or be refunded as long as the product is in it’s original condition and was not opened. The customer must return the product at his own expense with a proof of purchase (the confirmation email) within 30 days. Without proof of purchase, the product may be exchanged, but not refunded.
Should the customer receive a broken product or one whose taste seems altered, he can exchange the product or be refunded. He must contact Makiage & Koiffure within 7 days to make the necessary arrangements A product judged unsuitable by a customer must however still be three-quarters full in order for it to be exchanged or refunded.
